We had a great time skating Sunday afternoon at Polar Ice in Peoria. I didn't check the batteries on my camera and discovered they were dead when we got to the rink, so the only photos I have are from my phone. 
They're a bit blurry, but better than nothing! 
It was so great to get on the ice. It's been quite a while since I've skated and it was a fun way to stay cool on a hot summer afternoon. 
It was a lot of fun spending time with friends.

You can hardly tell that it was Phillip's first time on iceskates! He has an amazing sense of balance and started off without even using the wall for support. Very impressive.
